Vegetable Lasagna

A blend of the garden in a delicious vegetable lasagna. Carrots, zucchini, sweet red peppers and spinach in a rick tomato sauce blended with basil, thyme and garlic with alternating layers of paper thin fresh egg pasta and a rich béchamel sauce. All topped with mozzarella cheese.
