Tête Carrée

Tête Carrée is a Red Leicester inspired cheese. It is celebrated for its rich, complex flavour Tête Carrée is crafted from pure Sheeps milk, making it rich, creamy, and easier to digest . It is typically aged 10 to 12 months before it is ready to sell. The wheels are fairly firm and dry, with a slightly sweet, mellow flavour and slightly nutty taste that becomes stronger as the cheese matures.

Size varies between 160g and 190g individually vac packed. We also afford 1/4, 1/2 or full wheels of Tête Carrée.
