It starts out delicate and creamy but will get funkier and ooey-gooey as it gets closer to the BB date. 1st Place Winnter at the RAWF in 2024.Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Rennet, Bacterial Cultures.St. Oda has a shelf life of 1 month.
