Our Beet & Ginger Sauerkraut is made with local red cabbage from Hagerman Farms, red beets from Fiddlehead Farms, and organic Ginger. It's our most VIBRANT & HEALTHY sauerkraut to date!!

Red cabbage adds pleasant peppery notes, earthy flavours are borrowed from the beets. This sauerkraut has a slightly crispier texture. The organic ginger adds a refreshing citrusy zing that brings everything together so nicely.

Products leaving our warehouse will ALWAYS have at least 6 months until the "best before date" - which is not an expiry date. After the BBD, the product could lose some flavour, natural colour, or nutritional value.
