Our Red Chesterfield is made in the style of a Red Leicester. It is perfect in a grilled cheese or for drawing the eye on a cheese board. Made with our pasteurized Whole Milk, it gets its intense colour from the addition of Annatto, a natural food colourant. Ingredients: Pasteurized Whole Milk, Salt, Annatto, Calcium Chloride, Rennet, Bacterial Cultures
