Piacere (Monforte Dairy)

Piacere is a true Monforte classic! Modelled after a Fleur de Marquis, the rind is coated in herbs de Provence (think rosemary and summer savoury) and a sprinkle of chili flakes. Those not in love with rosemary need not apply. For everyone else, this is a cheese not to be missed.
