Providence (Cow Cheddar by Monforte Dairy)

This cow milk Salers is a real beaut. Imagine a young cheddar but with lots of depth: creamy, fruity, and touch of acidity. It cuts and melts beautifully. 

With only two batches left, we're reserving this cheese for wholesale customers so that you can expect to have it through 2026.

Providence is sold as 2kg blocks for $90 ($45/kg), though we can send you larger blocks if you prefer - simply order as many pieces as you like and we'll call to confirm format. Please note that blocks may vary in size, but we'll be sure to deliver within 100g or so.
