Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, malted barley flour, sea salt, fresh yeast.

May contain: Sesame seeds,  tree nuts, eggs, dairy.

Each case contains 10 sleeves

Each sleeve is 150g or approximately 30 joystyxs

joystyxs are room temperature shelf stable for 6 months from date of baking
