An approximately 2kg half-wheel of cheese, vacuum-sealed and packaged with extra labels so you can cut and wrap your own wedges. Double Golspie is our take on a British Classic, Double Gloucester Cheese. Notes of fresh milk and butter with a hint of citrus zest.
