Chicken Thighs

When we process our chicken, we flash freeze and vacuum seal the products, then store them in an industrial freezer. This process provides a shelf life of 18 months. After 18 months, the chickens are still safe and perfectly good to eat, though a slight decrease in nutrition may be noted at that time.
