Brebis Frais is French for “fresh sheep milk cheese”. The taste is creamy (like cream cheese) with a refreshing mildly acidic tang. Our Plain Brebis is very versatile! A great alternative to Cream cheese. Think sweet (fruity) and tangy, or sweet heat (pair with a Spicy Jelly). Create your own savoury spread by adding your favourite herbs and spices. Also great as a base on White Pizza or flatbread, or mix with sharp cheese to make your own cheeseball!
